Fees

The fees for our Steve White are:

Daily Rate$4,000 + GST ( not exceeding 10 hours )
Hourly Rate$400 + GST (for preliminary conferences, reading etc)

Ordinarily, the parties pay the fees in equal amounts.

We also discuss the amount of fees and how they are payable before any liability for fees is incurred.
